Samsung Galaxy M40 expected specifications : From what Samsung has revealed so far, the Galaxy M40 will come with an edge-to-edge screen and will be employing an Infinity-O display like the Galaxy S10. This means the Galaxy M40 will come with a small circular hole cutout on the top left corner to house the selfie camera while offering thin bezels and a large screen real estate.
From what rumours tell us, the Galaxy M40 will come with a 6.3-inch display with a possible FHD+ resolution. We can als expect a Super AMOLED panel considering the Galaxy M30 got it too. The rear panel will include a fingerprint sensor and a triple camera setup.
Samsung has revealed that the Galaxy M40 will be powered by a Snapdragon 675 chipset that will be paired with up to 6GB of RAM. This also means the Galaxy M40 will be the first Galaxy M-series phone to use a Qualcommm chipset.
As for the cameras, the Galaxy M40 will sport a 32MP primary camera for detailed shots. We expect to see an ultra wide-angle lens and depth sensor in the mix as well. The front camera will see a 16MP sensor.
Samsung will reveal the official specifications of the Galaxy M40 along with its price in India and release date today at 6pm.
